Alessandro Malerba is a chartered accountant, with a degree in business economics from the L. University. Bocconi University of Milan and subsequent studies in law at the Catholic University of Milan, qualified in 1986 to the profession of chartered accountant, statutory auditor, technical consultant at the Court of Milan for the specializations of real estate valuations, corporate and business valuations, audits; expert in business crises.

Eclectic and pragmatic professional trained at leading professional firms in Milan, and subsequently in turn founder and/or partner of important tax and corporate consultancy firms, he has always dealt with business, fiscal and corporate consultancy with particular attention to national and international corporate and tax issues, assistance in extraordinary business operations and business valuations. He also carries out roles at the court of Milan in support of the judge (CTU) and as judicial liquidator.

Alessandro Malerba currently holds various positions on the boards of directors of Italian and foreign manufacturing companies, he also carries out activities as a statutory auditor and is a member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01. He works as a journalist for some specialized newspapers and is active in the field of professional training aimed at colleagues with particular reference to consultancy in the field of Italy - USA relations. He manages a team of fifteen people in the areas of activity described below in the presentation. He is a member of the Rotary Milano Giardini and of the historic Società del Giardino.
